what is a giclée print?

Giclée is a word to describe fine art digital printing, it's pronounced "Zhee Clay"  and comes from the French verb meaning "to squirt or spray"

Giclée printing uses pigment based inks with high quality paper to give you a print of superior archival quality, light fastness and stability. Behind glass, your giclée print will keep its beauiful colour without any fading for fifty years or more!

I print all my giclée prints here at home on a Canon pro-10s and the results are amazing, they look just like the original.
