Booking and Terms and Conditions

 

Workshop/workshops are booked via email, sorry, no posh booking system ;-)

 

Please let me know which workshop you'd like to attend, your full name, and preferably a phone number (this is just in case our emails go a bit wayward or any short-notice communication)

 

Once I've received your email. I will reply with my bank details (UK) or a PayPal invoice outside the UK. I'll require a £50 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining payment made a month before your class is due. (Don't worry, I'll send you a reminder)

 

Your spot is only reserved once your £50 deposit is made and received. I will then confirm via email your place and full directions to the studio.

 

Cancellations made more than 1 week but less than 4 weeks before the workshop starts will receive a 50% partial refund, excluding the £50 deposit

 

Cancellations made 1 week or less before the start of the workshop will not receive a refund.

 

You are welcome to offer your space to someone you know, as I may not be able to fill the space at short notice, in which case it is your responsibility to pass on all the details regarding workshop timings, directions, etc.

 

In the event of my being unwell, I reserve the right to cancel the workshop. Should this be necessary, a full refund will be made, including your £50 deposit.
