Group classes are booked via email. Once a mutual date and time have been arranged by all those coming, and I've had confirmation from the estate I hire the studio from, immediate payment by all those coming to the class must be arranged to secure the spot. This is preferably made via bank transfer for UK students (details will be given at the time of booking) or PayPay for international students. If neither of these suit you then an arrangement of cash on the day. Once payment arrangements have been made you will receive a confirmation email confirming the date/time and payment type, with the address and directions to Dovecote studio.

Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks before the start of the class. Students will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made more than 1 week but less than 4 weeks before the start of the class, will receive a partial refund of 50%.

Cancellations made 1 week or less before the start of the workshop will not receive a refund.

You are welcome to offer your space to someone you know, as I may not be able to fill the space at short notice, in which case it is your responsibility to pass on all the details regarding class timings, directions, etc.

In the event of my being unwell, I reserve the right to cancel the class. Should this be necessary a full refund will be made.
