One-to-one are booked via email. Once a mutual date and time have been arranged, and I've had confirmation from the estate I hire the studio from an immediate payment must be arranged to secure your lesson. This is preferably made via bank transfer for UK students (details will be given at the time of booking) or PayPay for international students. If neither of these suit you then an arrangement of cash on the day. Once payment arrangements have been made you will receive a confirmation email confirming the date/time and payment type, with the address and directions to Dovecote studio.

Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks before the start of your one-to-one. You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another mutually convenient date and time.

Cancellations made 1 week but less than 4 weeks before the start of your one-to-one, will receive a partial refund of 25%, or the option to rearrange to another mutually convenient date and time.

Cancellations made 1 week or less before the start of your one-to-one will receive a partial refund of 50% or the option to transfer to another mutually convenient date and time.

In the event of me being unwell, I reserve the right to cancel your one-to-one. Should this be necessary a full refund will be made or the option to transfer to another mutually convenient date and time.
